Soooo, work is kinda "meh", I entertain the masses back in Alterations with my varied and bizarre musical tastes. Yesterday it was the Muppet Soundtrack, Grease Soundtrack, Tori Amos, Weird Al, Gypsy Kings, Fiddler on the Roof, The Crow Soundtrack... "It Can't Rain All the Time" and "Burn" are excellent "God hates my team" selections for self pity CD's.

I went a little butt nuts and rented: Singin' in the Rain, Bubba Ho-Tep, Last Samurai, Master & Commander, Captain Blood (Errol Flynn...oh the hotness), Hook..and bought The Crow and Grease.

Gotta finish cleanin' stuff.

Anyhoo, I so so so so so so am glad to be gainfully employed. I have budgeted all funds and should be doing "ok". Now that I have fundage, I might present myself with a present of the X-Men RPG consol game. X-Men: Legends. I *think* it's out alredy. Not sure, gonna have to check. The X-men fighting game, X-Men:New Dimension was just hilarious. Nightcrawler's taunts made me pee. "I'll turn you into Schnitzel!" It had no Iceman though, wussup wit dat? Where was the Bobby love?

Looking for a GURPS: Supers, or any Superhero-y table top, plus wanna pick up maybe CoC or something, and maaaaybe D&D.

I now work full time at David's Bridal in the Alterations department. Today was my first day. I steamed and steamed and steamed and ironed and ironed and re-beaded one dress. No breaks, no lunch from 9-5...gonna have to stock up on tastey beverage to bring with me. I work on M-W, off on Thursday and Friday, and work on Sat and Sun...I wanna try and arranged something so I'll work on Thursdays and get Sunday off..or something. Not being an unemployeed schmuck is nice. Being able to apy bills and stuff is nice..having occasional money for comics and games and movies...very, very nice. I think my first paycheck, I'm gonna treat myself to a roadtrip to The Bookery (Big Ass Game/Comic store).
